"As a parent of a young aspiring student-athlete, I am grateful for the P.E.P. Talk presented to our group by the Impoweredd team! They gave practical guidance on time management, nutrition, social media, decision making and more! A huge THANK YOU to Impoweredd for supporting all of our kids and families! We are READY!"

"As a mom of two college students, I have to say I wouldn't have come this far without Impoweredd and all their assistance. They gave us the POWER to empower our kids".

"Coach Bob and Dr. Z are knowledgeable,
detailed, and most importantly, straightforward! We use the information from our strategy sessions from high school to drive our decisions we make for our son who is currently in college."

"The Ball Mom Doc"
When I was a principal, I used to ask my students, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
At least 70%—especially the boys—would say they wanted to play in NBA or NFL.
Less than 5% of high school athletes go on to play in college.
And only about 1% of them go pro.
In today’s competitive college recruitment landscape, there will be even fewer opportunities for high school athletes to go to D1 or D2 programs straight out of high school.
If you KNOW your kid has a chance to go D1 or has pro potential—
Has a baller who eats, sleeps and breathes their sport (especially basketball).
Love their kid with all their heart and will do everything they can to help him/her succeed
Need guidance, support and advocacy in navigating their sport and recruitment process
Thinks that sports are just about kids having fun and everyone on the team should be treated the same
Thinks it's best to wait until their baller is in 11th or 12th grade to get them ready for the next level
Believes their baller is already good enough to play at the next level and doesn't need to improve
